Terms of service

Last updated: August 2026. The basics of buying from us.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where necessary. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.

2. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store full card details. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We'll do our best to meet them but aren't liable for courier delays outside our control. See our Shipping & Returns page for full detail.

4. Returns

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as set out in our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
