Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 business days.
Each order is hand-checked and packed in recyclable packaging before it ships.
International delivery
We ship worldwide — Europe, the US, Australia and beyond. International delivery is a flat £4.99, or free on orders over £40.
Typical international delivery is 5–10 business days. Any local duties are your responsibility and aren't included at checkout.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no-fuss, no questions.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Start a return from your order confirmation email or by contacting us.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge.
Just send us a photo and your order number — we'll handle the rest, including return postage.
